Where is the mold?

Crawl Spaces
Out of all the home upgrades that you invest in today, crawl space encapsulation is one of the most important. It's an easy project that can go a long way in keeping moisture and pests out, while preserving your homes structural integrity, indoor air quality, and reducing your energy consumption.
In addition to specializing in mold remediation, Brohl's can fully encapsulate the crawl space, turning it into a space that now has conditioned air. By encapsulating the crawl space, the air is now cleaner by eliminating odors. The addition of a dehumidifier to remove the moisture will now make the crawl drier, which greatly reduces the likely hood for mold growth. A complete encapsulation consists of using a heavy mil vapor barrier, taping all seams, insulating the walls, bonds, and installing a dehumidification system. If needed, a new drain tile system can me installed, leading to a sump, which will allow the pump to discharge away from the home.
Basements
Demolition, chemical treatments, and completely cleaning all surfaces, while scrubbing the air, is truly the recommended way to deal with water damage and mold. Repairing rod holes ,and/or applying a heavy duty epoxy coating to the walls, in order to prevent water from penetrating is what we do.
